99% of the time I do in home appraisals, for probate, information or eventual dispersal / sale. I charge $90 per hour for reports. $75 per to do a walkthrough and you take notes while I sort and talk value.
I charge 1/2 of my travelling time, 1/2 of fuel costs. Costs vary. If siblings wish to be sure everyone is getting equal value, and want proof, this takes time for production, research, report. Day rates can be worked out as well.
